Grow Mark Ltd offers the following services:

• Technical SEO Audit & Fixes — including full site audits, crawlability improvements, page speed optimisation, mobile compatibility fixes, structured data implementation, and error resolution.

We do not offer link building, content writing, social media management, or any other digital marketing services outside of those listed above.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or engaging Grow Mark Ltd for any service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested.

4. Project Commencement & Delivery

• Work will begin once payment has been received and all required access and information has been provided by the client.
• Estimated timelines will be communicated at the start of each project.
• Grow Mark Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary access, content, login credentials, or approvals.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to your website, CMS, Google Search Console, and any other platforms required.
• Respond to requests for information or approvals within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure that your website content and business operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. SEO Results Disclaimer

Grow Mark Ltd applies proven, industry-standard On-Page and Technical SEO practices. However, we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Search engine rankings are influenced by many external factors beyond our control, including:

• Google and other search engine algorithm updates.
• Competitor activity and market changes.
• The age, authority, and history of your website.
• Quality and relevance of your existing content.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept that SEO results may vary and take time to materialise.

7. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due as specified in your invoice or service agreement.
• Grow Mark Ltd reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any project where payment is overdue.
• All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

• All strategies, reports, recommendations, and deliverables produced by Grow Mark Ltd remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
• Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of all deliverables transfers to the client.
• Grow Mark Ltd retains the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. Grow Mark Ltd will not share your business data, website access credentials, or project details with any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Grow Mark Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
• Loss of revenue, rankings, or business resulting from search engine algorithm changes.
• Any damages arising from delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information or access.

Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific service.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of termination.
• Grow Mark Ltd will provide all completed deliverables to the client upon receipt of final payment.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

Grow Mark Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be published on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
