Grow Mark Ltd provides specialist SEO services, specifically:
- On-Page SEO Optimisation — including keyword research, meta optimisation, content structuring, and page-level improvements.
- Technical SEO Audit & Fixes — including site audits, crawlability improvements, page speed optimisation, mobile compatibility fixes, and structured data implementation.
As our services are knowledge-based and delivered digitally, effort and resources are committed from the moment a project begins. Refunds are therefore considered on a case-by-case basis in line with this policy.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- You submit a refund request within 7 days of payment and no work has yet commenced.
- Grow Mark Ltd has failed to deliver the agreed service within the agreed timeframe with no resolution offered.
- A duplicate payment has been made in error.
- The service delivered is materially different from what was agreed in writing before commencement.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Work has already commenced, including audits, keyword research, on-page analysis, or technical fixes.
- You change your mind after the service has begun or been completed.
- Rankings or traffic have not improved within a specific timeframe, as SEO results depend on external factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes.
- You have failed to provide required access, content, or information needed to deliver the service.
- Dissatisfaction arises from factors beyond Grow Mark Ltd’s control, such as competitor activity or Google updates.
4. Partial Refunds
Where work has partially commenced, Grow Mark Ltd may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed. The value of work completed will be assessed and communicated to you in writing.

Please include your full name, payment reference or invoice number, and a clear reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and provide a final decision within 7 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services.
8. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
